The Stepping Out project was part of an NHS strategy to promote healthy living, in particular walking, receiving the benefits of fresh air, a healthier lifestyle whilst making friends in the process.
The leaflet was designed to promote the ethos of fun and enjoyment in a light hearted visual style and offered simple educational content and advice on how you can start to make a healthier lifestyle choice.
